We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the above procedures.
| 0645hrs | Notification of school closure will be passed to local radio for announcement (BBC/GWR (Heart Swindon)/Heart Radio Newbury). |
| 0700hrs | A message notifying the closure will be left on the School telephone (01672 516156) and on this website – both messages will be updated at 15:00 with information for the following day. |
| 0800hrs | A further message advising the status of events scheduled on that day (eg. Trips/Exams) will be left on (01672 516156) and also on this website, this message will be updated at 15:00. |
| 1500hrs | An updated message will be left on (01672 516156) and on this website. |
During periods of inclement weather, pupils are expected to wait for 30 minutes for their transport before abandoning their journey to school and returning home.
